Shipping address
Cantina Sabauda delivers directly to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order; please ensure that the address entered during order confirmation is accurate.
Tracking

Packaging
Cantina Sabauda pays special attention to the packaging of its products. Our staff uses specialized materials tailored to the type and size of each item. Every product is secured within the carton and separated from the rest of the order using dedicated protective packaging, then boxed and shipped via courier.
Damaged packages
If there is visible damage, we recommend accepting the package with a "specific reservation" (noting the damage upon receipt) and contacting us promptly, providing photographs of both the packaging and the products.
Failed delivery

In the event that a package is held at a depot or returned to the sender due to incorrect information or an inability to receive the delivery, any costs actually incurred for a re-shipment may be charged to the customer.
