Our spirits are preserved with equal care within our historic cellars in the medieval village of Noli, among ancient carruggi and only a few steps from the sea. Sheltered within thick stone walls, they rest in conditions of natural balance, where time and quiet allow their character to unfold with dignity.

Each bottle is kept with attentive regard, protected from excess light and disturbance, so that aromas, depth and structure may mature undisturbed. In this ancient setting, between sea air and centuries-old masonry, the spirits acquire harmony and noble refinement, slowly perfecting themselves through the passing of time.
