 The Distillery: Launched to celebrate the distillery's 160th anniversary, Ypioca 160 Years is a blend of cachaça aged for six years in oak barrels and malt whisky. The result is a pleasant, sweet drink. The first liter of Ypióca cachaça was distilled in Ceará in 1846. Its recipe has remained the same ever since, and production has never stopped growing. Even through difficult years, Ypióca has persevered and reemerged with even greater strength.
