This Privacy Notice describes how we collect and process your personal data through the websites, devices, products, services, online and physical stores, and applications of the Regia Compagnia that refer to this Privacy Notice (collectively, the “Cantina Sabauda Services”).

What personal data of registered customers is collected?

Data provided directly: any data you provide is stored in connection with Cantina Sabauda Services. You may choose not to provide certain data; however, you may then be unable to fully use Cantina Sabauda Services.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area: we ensure that transfers are carried out in compliance with this Privacy Notice and the applicable data protection rules adopted by the European Commission.

How is the security of personal data ensured?

The Regia Compagnia is committed to protecting the security of personal data during transmission by using encryption protocols and software.
We comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) when handling credit card data.
We adopt physical, electronic and organizational security measures in relation to the collection, storage and disclosure of our customers’ personal data. Our security procedures may require identity verification before disclosing personal data.

Can minors use Cantina Sabauda Services?

Purchases on Cantina Sabauda are reserved exclusively for Italian citizens who have reached 18 years of age. Foreign purchasers may buy on Cantina Sabauda only if they are of legal age under their national law. If no such law exists, the purchaser must be at least 21 years old.

How long is personal data retained?

Personal data is retained to allow continued use of Cantina Sabauda Services for as long as necessary to pursue the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, as required by law. Transaction history is retained so that purchases can be reviewed, orders can be repeated, and designated delivery addresses can be displayed. We will never materially change policies and procedures to provide less protection for customer data we have collected without the consent of the affected customers.

Report suspicious communications or webpages

We take phishing and spoofing attempts seriously. If you receive correspondence, a call, an SMS or a suspicious email that you believe may not come from the Regia Compagnia, or if a webpage pretends to be Cantina Sabauda, report it immediately by emailing info@regiacompagnia.com with the subject “phishing”, or by calling +39 348 988 4964.

Request account closure and deletion of your data

You may send us a request to permanently close your Cantina Sabauda account and delete your data. After the procedure, a confirmation notice will be sent to the email address associated with your account or via SMS. You must reply within 5 days to verify your request.

Note: once closed, your account is no longer accessible by you or anyone else and cannot be restored. If you later decide to order again from us or use site features that require an account, you will need to create a new account.
