U'Luvka Vodka is a premium vodka made from only the finest Polish rye, wheat and barley, which has won many awards: Gold Medal at the 2006 and 2007 San Francisco World Spirits Awards. The stunning bottle design has also won numerous awards . U'Luvka stands out for its pure and authentic character, using only the best grains, deep and crystal clear well water: the best Polish rye, wheat and barley are added to the pure water, mashed and then fermented with sourdough. Once fermentation is complete, the infusion is ready for distillation. U'Luvka is distilled three times, which ensures its potency, purity and smoothness, preserving its character, body and breadth of flavour.

Tasting Notes: Clear colour. On the nose it is fresh, clean and elegant, with strong floral notes. On the palate it is creamy and slightly buttery in character, with impressive sweet, savory and spicy flavours, aniseed freshness and a long, vibrant grain finish.
 
Distillery: U'Luvka recreates the spirit of a legendary vodka created by a famous alchemist in the court of King Sigismund III of Poland in the late 16th century. Distillation methods were still too crude by today's standards, so in an effort to prevent affairs of state came to a halt, the king and queen commissioned their court alchemist, a man named Sendivogius, to create a spirit of such exceptional balance and purity that it would be remembered for centuries. Legend or fact, U'Luvka represents a distillate of rare quality and purity that harks back to this ancient recipe with rye, wheat and barley, where the tradition was revived and revisited by Elizbieta Gołdyka at the beginning of the 21st century.
