Charmes Chambertin Grand Cru AOC - Domaine Chanson

Charmes Chambertin Grand Cru AOC - Domaine Chanson

It was born in a selected vineyard of the denomination, located on a slope with calcareous and clayey soil bordering the Premier Crus. Domaine Chanson harvests the grapes by hand, transporting them intact to the cellar to process them in whole bunches until fermentation. The wine obtained subsequently rests in oak barrels for a period of 14-18 months before being bottled and placed on the market. It is a rich and generous red wine, obtained from a moderate use of new wood, so as to enhance the terroir and varietal in the best possible way.
