Gin David is the expression of Italian excellence that gives life to a new renaissance of taste. A gin of unrivaled value, boasting sublime balance and unparalleled clarity. One of the few to be pleasant even smooth, the only one capable of really standing out. One of the peculiarities characterizing this gin is represented by the choice to use a wine alcohol, a choice which underlines the Italian factor which can be found both in the product and in the design. The botanicals and wine alcohol are distilled separately, and then meet during filtering. Another interesting peculiarity can be found in the intuition of using, in the filtering process, Carrara marble, coming from the same quarries from which the stone that Michelangelo modeled was extracted, giving life to one of the most important works of art in the world.

Tasting Notes: The color is clear, the smell is floral, with notes of angelica roots and citrus fruits. Gin David strikes the senses with its aromas of citrus and flowers, enveloping the palate with a full taste characterized once again by citrus notes and floral notes that balance the more resinous notes of juniper.
 
Cocktail: Gin drink that smells of Italy: created by the legendary bar manager of the Savoy in London in the early 1900s, it is one of those famous cocktails that will never die. The undisputed protagonist in this drink is gin, followed by those two dashes of Fernet Branca, which have characterized it for a century now. Served in a frozen glass, we could consider it a slightly strange relative of the Martini Cocktail, given the presence of gin and vermouth. But a sweeter Martini cocktail, with that bitter edge of Fernet Branca which also makes it perfect for aperitif time.
 
The Distillery: Inspired by the splendid unique works of Michelangelo, the master distillers of Bonasi Brand created the Gin David Luxury. With this gin and in particular with the David Luxury gin they wanted to make this type of distillate a true work of art. Its unique bottle perfectly highlights the clarity of the gin.
